Eden of Witches

Before humanity took over, all the creatures of the world coexisted peacefully. But when the humans emerged, both flora and fauna were terrified for their existence and retreated into hiding, leaving behind a desolate world devoid of life. However, there were a few exceptions to this. Witches, extraordinary women blessed with the ability to communicate with plants, found refuge in secret hideouts where verdant foliage thrived. Tula, a venerable witch approaching the end of her days, brought up her apprentice Piri in one of these sanctuaries. With much to learn, Piri struggles to hear the plants' voices and has little desire to leave her covert haven or Tula's side. But when circumstances beyond her control force her out of her home, Piri must chart an uncertain path forward. Will a treasured gift from Tula aid her quest to find her place in the world?
