Omegaverse also know as α/β/Ω (Alpha/Beta/Omega) is an alternate universe, there can be Mpreg.
It depends on author if can be only male Omega pregnant or Alpha´s pregnant, if female Alphas have male geni. or female geni., it depends on their imagination.
