Why I'm giving this 5 star rating? For sure not because I'm admiring or even accepting things like that. Whatever Woo-jin was doing to his brother is wrong, painful and simply brutal. I don't recommend it to anyone.
However: I do like that kind of topics in FICTION. You can judge me as much as you like. I just prefer to feel this hard, uncomfortable feelings when I read. If I liked sweet and cute type of manhwa, I wouldn't read Placebo. It's as simple as that: I don't like, I don't bother in reading or complaining about it to all Internet.

Alright girls, gays, and theys, we made it to the end as the resident crackhead, it's my duty to provide a review for any potential suckers readers. If you've already read the oneshot, you don't need to read this. You know what you are filthy creature

Anyways, my initial thoughts were consistent w how the rest of the story played out. Some aspects of the hypnosis were a touch confusing but otherwise one could reasonably figure it out via context.

For anyone confused around the end of the middle:

MC has a mental breakdown in which the hypnosis switches from an active state to a passive hypnosis that kind of bends his perception of reality to accommodate the abuse from his brother. Which results in an amalgamation of personalities that is relatively unchanged, except that now he is consciously aware of his intimate relationship w his brother yet sees no issue with it an believes their relationship to be normal

All in all, it was a story ig. Idk what else to tell you bro. Like if you, for some g** forsaken reason, were expecting a good ending to a gay hypnotism incest sm** story, u lwk dumb asl 💀 sorry but be so serious b*tch you been knew this was gonna be a mess lmao😭😭

In conclusion:

Art: the Lord rly playing in our face bc how tf is a story like this gonna get such amazing art.

Plot: There was a blurry shape of a plot, far off in the distance. It was a bit hard to see with all the incest in the way but I digress

Overall: 3 big sloppy sharts /10

Not the worst story I've ever read, honestly it's tame relative to the super niche freak sh*t. You can p get thru it in a few hours. Turn your brain off for this one tho. Trying to make sense of the overarching plot is an exercise in futility

The younger brother (ML) commited SA and R* against the MC. Not the first story to do so, but usually when it happens it means in the best case, the MC gets revenge. Or in the worst case the ML gets character development and they end up together. In this story the ML is a piece of trash from beginning to end and even drives away people that might actually care for the MC. It got worse and worse. I was about to drop this BL in 3 separate occasions and just came back to see how it ends... No it ended and it was not worth it.

The MC finds out the ML has been hypnotizing him all along to take advantage of him. ML gets stabbed and MC feels bad and gives the ML "another chance".

The frist half of the story was really good but then author went for lazy writing and a really unsatisfying ending. So i wouldn't recommend this to anyone. But the art was nice kudos for that.

I liked the story however if you don't like toxic relationships or step sibling definitely don't read. Also the ending felt really rushed atleast the last few chapters did. I feel like there are still a lot of missing details but maybe there will be side stories. Overall good read (but I like toxic stories) 4/5
