Pretty good on The Crown Prince That Sells Medicine
It deserves the rating 3.5. Pretty average.
A rather disappointing job, especially coming from the makers of Lloyd.
MC : kinda dumb but not completely dumb, drags shiit for the sake of plot and extra chaps.
FL : none yet
Antagonist : None so far.
Characters : So-so. The support male is like an inferior version of Javier, but I like him nonetheless. The MC makes dumb decisions pretty randomly...as in, he's smart af at one point, and then out there to burn the story to the ground, the next. I do feel bad for the rebel guy though, expected MC to make better decisions there. There are only 3 regular characters.
Plot : Interesting at the beginning, had potential, and then the MC peessed all over it. They tried to add comic elements, but it didn't work out. MC acts like he's trying to run a gag, which never lands. It's not slow, but is a bit boring and disappointing and often doesn't make sense (prolly the writer tried to incite the 'unpredictable element' but failed instead, which would explain the random dumb decisions)
You go in expecting a Lloyd-ish smart MC, you get a temp knockoff instead (for the smarts).
Fyi, his organs talk to him. Some might find it strange and not like it, but if you just accept it as a part of the plot setting , it doesn't seem out of place ( the stuff out there, nothing surprises me anymore).
Overall : It's readable. If you're able to throw common sense out the window as you throw physics out for action movies, you won't find it boring.
It's neither too good, nor is it too bad.
If you go in expecting another Lloyd, you'll be disappointed (especially the end of S2).

Nothing and no one can convince me to read this Usagi Drop story.
the story up to the "reveal" was pretty good but I can't continue with this romance.
