Rocks on The Great Mage Returns After 4000 Years
Truly a masterpiece.
The story is great. It follows one track the entire time: the MC wants to defeat the demigods. It stays true to that for the entire main story. The story was also written in a way that you can be creative and have an imagination yourself. When you read it the author foreshadows several events and it makes the read so much better and more fun.
To me, all the characters were pretty good. The author messed up some times when trying to implement certain characters into the story, however the character themself was not the problem.
The only downside in my opinion is the horrible translations on many chapters.

Meh on My Exclusive Tower Guide
Quite honestly, I read it up to chapter 95 but it feels like the story is digressing away from its very core theme and key points of the series mid way through.
Halfway through it feels like the story segue to murim, isekai fantasy, and you know, a lot of random stuff and then the floor after that was basically the repeat of the previous floor but it's actually still the same version but a bit different. I got kinda bored reading through it.
One thing the story is really good at though, is turning unlikable characters into, quite literally, your best buddies, lol.
