Have you read Full Volume? Specifically chapters 50 - 53? If you have, Ang Ang, also known as Hard-Boiled Love, is like an extended version of that concept.
(This is just for reference since the MC's character design in both stories are very similar.)
However, I can surely say this story can stand in it's own right. It explores the BDSM realm and the complex personalities of the people who participate in said activities. And there's no forced conversion of any kind. Everything is concensual.
This is not for the weak stomached.

I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT EVERY CHAPTER WAS GREAT!!!!! <333 i recommend 10/10 (some of the chapters in the beginning was a little blurry but after that everything is good)
