even though the relationship is quite the red flag, it isnt just mindless abuse and romaniticism, the story quite obviously points out that its wrong and even the characters criticise it.
its really interesting actually, the backstories of the characters are really mysterious currently and id say it has piqued my interest in a way
im not a big fan of red flags because usually in bls it would probably be romantizing the "red flagness" of a character but this is one of those instances where its seen as wrong by the characters and not simply brushed off
for those interested, just know that the top is a red flag and the bottom is a power bottom
